In other news, my ankle is jacked today. If it’s still sore tomorrow…what cardio should I do instead of running or cycling?
I was thinking arc trainer, but I’m afraid that might still be too much. It only hurts when I flex it, so I’m pretty sure it’s my anterior talofibular ligament. I’ve had problems with it ever since the great highway-service-ramp-shatteryourleg-mountainboarding-accident-of-2003.
